PM Group’s Generic Project Management Plan
The management of individual task orders each take on a relatively standard set of sub-tasks, including the kickoff, phase-in, operations, and phase-out. Personnel management is a critical function on each task order, as well. Following figure gives a sense of PM Group’s ¨steady-state¨ operations. At task start up there is a kickoff and we ramp up quickly. For the duration of the task, we operate at a high level of management and control, and then, upon task completion, we shut down quickly and efficiently with a smooth hand-off.
